The associate I worked with described in detail the issue once it was found, even sending photos so I could see. The fix seemed reasonably priced and everything was done quickly.

Purchased set of tires sometime ago at Big O for our Suburban. Had inflation issues with left rear tire. Scott set me up and fixed my issue. Always professional and friendly!

I scheduled my appointment online, and came at my scheduled time. I was told it may be a few hours before they could get to my tire rotation. I was bummed because I live 30 minutes away. Not wanting to waste a trip there, I asked if they could do my alignment. He went out to check if they were busy and if they could do it. He then returned telling me they could AND do my tire rotation at the same time. I appreciate them going out of their way to get me on the road. I was out in less than 20 minutes.

As usual I got attentive and courteous service when I took my van in for oil change and tire rotation.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation with a front tire leaking air. I left with an oil change, 2 new tires and new struts, financed. Scott Bomholt was every thing I could have asked for. He was knowledgeable, showed me the problems with my car and explained every thing. He calmed my fears.
