Big O Tires

I am not from this area so trusting a company is a bit difficult. Scott and his staff provided awesome service. Very kind and helpful.

Great service and employees

What I love about doing business with Big O is their warranty on their tires. I took my vehicle to them and as I waited for my tire to be repaired I was able to enjoy a complementary cup of coffee and a very short time later they informed me that my tire was repaired no charge. We did discuss front end alignment options but wouldn't match price from competitor so I left. I have a lot of respect for everyone that works there. They do good work and are friendly

My experience from call to service completion was favorable. Scott was able to fit me in for a flat repair. All the staff were friendly. I was pleased with the service and cost associated with a tire repair. I will certainly return in the future should I need work done.

Was able to drop off vehicle for tire rotation, received a text shortly after that it was ready for pick up, Employee(s) are quite familiar with us and knew us by name as we walked in the door, they had the key/invoice ready when we pulled in for pick up for a quick check out

This is the only Discount Tire store that does not clean off your tires when worked on also they never clean the steering wheel after they are finished.
