Thank your for taking care of everything that was on our list to get our grandsons Volvo repaired in order for him to return to college in a few weeks. The work was excellent, fast & that solved a lot of problems at your store for us!

It was almost too easy to schedule my appointment on line and the staff informed me of what they were doing and the cost upon arrival. I have heard a few negative things about this facility but I was more than impressed. They got me in as soon as I arrived and I was out of there in 45 minutes. Needless to say, the experience was flawless.

I needed four tires due to excessive wear of the current tires on my truck. I couldnt find the tires anywhere and Big O had them on order, delivered and installed the very next day and out the door before the end of my work shift. They were very courteous and explained everything I needed to know. I much appreciated the help they gave!
