Big O Tires

No better service could be found at any tire store or franchise. These people are the absolute best. If you don't believe this is possible, visit their store and just sit and listen to how they explain to a customer the vehicle's problem, what is needed to correct the problem, and what will happen to their vehicle if the problem is not corrected. The next time you have a need for tires, repairs to your vehicle, general service, etc be sure to consult them. This has become the only tire store for me. GREAT tires and the greatest friendly service available. Many thanks to your crew from me.

Scott is the most honest person. He tells you what is wrong and what has to bedone to fix it, also thecost it involves and all the alternatives.

Everything was done exactly like the dealer said it would be done. Not only that, but it was done in the schedule or within the time frame that the Big-O dealer said it would be done, no delays. And the price was reasonable.

I didn't realize that they had switched to appointments, but Scott was able to get my car taken care of in the hour I had planned to complete the task.
