Big O Tires

I especially want to thank Tom!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to walk me around my car show me what and why, he gave me different options and kept me in the loop on where my car was and what was going on! Very nice best I've ever been treated walking in a place like that. Thank you guys!

I have always taken my vehicles to big O tires in Madison Indiana for whether it be oil change alignment new tires rotation fix up leaky tire whatever the issue may be they've always been friendly and efficient and what they do

No matter how much, or little, i spend, it's always a great time at Big O. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional? They don't "talk down" to anyone. Any questions are always answered with the most courtesy and professionalism.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was explained well, and they even took time to chat a minute and get to know me, while still quickly getting my car in and out. Others in the waiting area were moved through quickly as well, and it was a great experience.

I had a problem with one of my tires not getting balanced out but Tom and his team treated me great they fixed my tire and my truck is driving great the time that Tom and his team spent with me that included a couple of visits was awesome they listened to my needs test drove my truck with me and corrected the problem. I will recommend this BIG O and I will be a returning customer for sure. Thanks Tom and the rest of the Big O family for your time and help.

Scott quoted a fair price on the tires I needed. I had a time/weather specific load and the techs got my tires changed very quickly. No complaints on anything that happened during my visit.

Friendly, efficient service. Had to order tires, and they arrived in 2 days. Called quickly when they arrived, and got in, and got them placed same day

I recently took my car to Big-O-Tire with a vibration problem above a certain speed and it really increased as the speed increased. I was worried that it had a mechanical problem but it was only a tire balance problem which they gladly corrected and I was very happy. While I was waiting, I heard one of the employees explain to another customer the problem they found with their car. The customer's car was showing a high engine temperature and this was the reason the car was there. The employee explained that the engine was not hot because the instrument cluster was giving a false reading on many of the gauges and this was very typical for this model of car. In addition the gas gauge stopped working and the odometer speed was registering very low. I owned a car the same model as the customer and my car had the same problem so I traded it for a different car. He explained the options available to correct this situation and told the customer their car was ok to drive and they could make up their mind what they wanted to do and let them know what they wanted to do about the car. I felt they were very professional in their explanation to the customer and I appreciated the manner in which they take care of their customers.
