i had a flat tire on my truck & took it to Big O to be fixed. they were quick & Scott was very helpful. there was no charge for fix-a-flat during this pandemic...which was a very nice surprise! these guys are always my go-to for tire issues !! they are great!

Scott Bomholt was top notch! Went just for tire upgrade and he spotted issues with tie rod. Gave his professional opinion, showed the issue, and gave a plan to fix it. He wasn’t pushing it to make a sale but out of genuine concern of safety. He throughly kept us updated and when took longer than expected he assured they were doing everything, apologized for wait time and even offered a ride if needed. He went over and beyond and the service we received was phenomenal. This is our second experience with Scott and we will continue coming for all tire needs!
