Great bunch of people at this store. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful service and they treated me like family or a long - time friend. I went to a different tire store about a problem I had and Big O not only took care of the problem but, I got my tires, a front - end alignment AND the problem fixed for around $300 LESS for the total than the other guys are going to charge JUST for the problem I had. GREAT! AWESOME! RELIABLE! I just any give enough kudos to the TEAM at Big O!

I greatly appreciated Scott keeping me informed about the work being done on my Honda Ridgliner truck. He explained the reason for the higher price cost for an oil change since it has pure synthetic oil that is in my truck, which I didn’t realize was the case.

I went in to have my tire fixed from running over a bolt. They were very polite and took the extra time to put my spare back underneath the car even though it gave them trouble! Great work and thank you so much!
