The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wait time was much shorter than I expected.

This location has always been a great place. On the level with what needs to be done and not recommending unnecessary repairs.

I had already had the alignment of the vehicle checked and returned to have it serviced. The wait time to get the vehicle in to the service area was maybe 5 minutes and the alignment took around 30 minutes to complete. As always, I'm very happy with the service the team at Big O performs. They're very knowledgeable, dependable and professional in all they set out to do. Carry on!

Jarrod was very nice and explained everything to me without hesitation. Him and the other staff are very nice and educate the customers about what is going on with their vehicle.

i had just had tires rotated and balanced at a different service center, in no way affiliated with Big O about two weeks prior and kept hearing noises(thumping sounds, squeals and squeaks) after this service was performed and they were getting progressively worse. i stopped in at the Big O in Madison, IN and they checked it out, found the lug nuts loose, some not even finger tight. took care of me very well and then said "NO CHARGE". i'm disabled and on a fixed income/month and those words were such a wonderful sound to me. i WILL be returning to Big O for mechanical needs in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The men were great they kept me in the know the entire time, were very upfront with everything and helped me through the finance part of the experience as well. My vehicle is feeling perfect and driving perfect. And I couldn’t be more pleased. Not to mention the wait time was crazy fast.
