Was greeted as we walked in. Even tho they were very busy. Also within 5 minutes they acknowledged we were still waiting. Said they would be right with us. Great customer service. I worked in retail for 40 years and I always look for great customer service. I know that is important to a customer. Great job guys. Love the tires

I had called ahead and was assured by Tom that my battery could be checked in the parking lot. Scott B. ran the diagnostic test to find that my alternator was bad. I had an extended warranty on my vehicle and it covered the repair. Scott handled all the paperwork for me and the guys had the work done in a couple hours. Always great service and the newly remodeled showroom looks awesome!

I walked in to get a quote on four tires. Despite being very busy, Tom took the time to work up a quote based on the information I gave him. The next day I decided to get a quote on another brand of tires. Again, despite being very busy, I was treated like I was the only customer in the building. I thought the pricing was fair, and the customer service was exceptional, so I decided to go with Big O Tires.

Scott bomhot made it easy and keep me company until the service was done!

Tom the Manager is by far the most personable, helpful person I have ever encountered in all my experiences with dealing with Service Managers on repairs for my car. I cannot say enough kind words about him and will continue to go back for friendly service where the Manager is Managing a very well run business. Everyone is working hard and friendly and that is not going on at many other service centers, trust me, I have been to all of them!

I arrived before 8 due to having a 9:00 appointment. There were already 3 other customers in line ahead of me, but I told Scott about my appointment, and he said they'd do their best to get me there as close as possible. I was out by 9:05, so I was able to keep my appointment.

The staff that I worked with was very helpful and didn't treat me like I was stupid most mechanics I deal with treat me as if I am stupid since I am a woman.....I appreciate the fact that these guys listened and heard what I had to say about my car since I am the one that drives it I should know better than anyone what does feel right
