Big O Tires

Great service since I started going six years ago. Always super helpful, quick turnarounds, fair prices and do a lot of repairs and checks for free, eg tire repairs for tires purchased at Big O. The new waiting area is great and the staff enjoy having my toddler there rather than treating him/us as a nuisance. Thank you!

Got me in right away and have me a good deal.

I brought the car in at noon, needed a new alternator. I was expecting it to be the next day before this work was completed, but it was done by 3:00.

I was traveling out of state and hit something that flattened 2 of my tires. I called the store while waiting on the tow truck to be sure they had my tire size in stock and Robbie told me they did. I had a friend pick me up to do some sights seeing. Robbie called me several times to inform me that my tires could not be repaired sp he replaced them. Then again that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced soon and that they would do it or I could get home to my mechanic. He was very honest with me and I appreciate that.

Price and quality of the work was very good

I stopped in because I was having trouble with my tires losing air. The staff were all courteous and helpful. They checked my tires for leaks (there were none) & sent me on my way. They didn't even charge me anything. That was unexpected and appreciated. I had a not-so-great experience with a different Big O store a few years ago and hadn't been back to one since. This may make me re-evaluate my opinion - Thanks Madison Big O!

Chuck is always the one who greets me, if not at my car then at the door. I have a toddler and I'm 9 months pregnant so they always get me in and out as quickly as possible.
