Big O Tires

I've been a Big O customer since it was first opened by Tom and his brother Mike....that's been a few years. Tom has always treated me as a friend. Great product, great prices, but what is even better is the customer service! Tom has ALWAYS taken time to answer any questions I may have and to explain all options. To me, Tom and his staff have always taken customer service seriously, have been friendly and very professional....and you just don't find that very much anymore these days. Thankfully, you do at Madison's Big O.

Store was going through a remodel. I was helped within 5 minutes of arriving. The employees were kind, friendly and more than willing to answer my questions. Service was completed in a timely manner with no hassles and at a fair price.

I was going to be late for a meeting and needed to drop my car off and run. You opened up the doors in the morning about 10 minutes early for me and that helped me end up being on time. Experienced 2 blown tires due to running off road. Was towed to this location and Scott Bomholt took care of me. We were on a day trip away from home and he got us back on road within a few hours to continue our trip. Very professional and extremely helpful and friendly.
