I like going to Big-O, but what I don't like about this place is when they tell me that I need new rotors and brake pads when the ones on there aren't 6 months old!!!!!!!! Stop trying to take advantage of people. Other than that service was great.

I've had two recent occasions to use their service having just moved into the area from out of state and both times they were helpful, understanding, and did a thorough job. They filled my needs and did not exceed my budget. I am most grateful and will undoubtedly return in the future.

On Monday I had my brakes checked. The only issue was worn pads. So they priced it out . I agreed . That evening we picked up the truck and after driving less than one mile I was following the truck and I started to smell a burning smell Looked at the truck and smoke was rolling non stop off the back drivers side wheel . We pulled it into our driveway and hosed it down to help cool off wheel. Next morning I called back and they said bring truck back we took back and now the caliphers where locked up and needed replaced. I asked if this was a issue before wheel over heated or a result of the new pads . The question could not be answered. Just seems odd that if checked on Monday and worked than locked up after new pads installed. I paid to have the calipers replaced. Thanks Greg Deaves

excellant place for auto service

Service was friendly and competent however I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Having my 3 month old daughter along, the wait was very inconvenient and frustrating.

Wonderful service. Had a 1pm appointment but they were able to get me in much earlier, made the repairs I requested and got me on my way!

I want to start by saying I have gone to this location for all of my tires for the last 8 years because they've always had competitive prices, quality work, and good customer service until this time. Past experience is actually why I rated them 3 stars instead of 1. This time we took our car in and found out the left rear tire was damaged and couldn't be repaired. We ordered 2 new ones. The bad tire was to be replaced, and both new tires put on the front of the vehicle. We got the car back, and the two front tires were replaced however the bad tire was still on the rear. They should have noticed this was not right since they had to air the bad tire from 20psi up to 32psi, but mistakes happen. We picked the car up close to closing and didnt notice the problem until too late so I called as soon as they opened the next day because the car was supposed to be used for a trip leaving that morning. After waiting a while for a call back other arrangements had to be made. Finally 2 hours later I had to call them back to find out what was going on. Turns out the old tires were still there just nobody had bothered to let me know. As I was getting my keys back I politely said thank you for taking care of this and told the guy that I wasn't happy with this experience and that the lack of caring about fixing this as soon as possible was why I was upset, but it didn't seem to really matter. When I was done explaining everything i was met with a few seconds of silence, so i turned to walk out. Almost as an afterthought he said "Well we do appologize" as I was heading out the door. I just expected better customer service based on previous visits.

The staff was great

Having to wait for close to 2 1/2 hours is pretty bad with an appointment. That is poor customer service. Get a bigger building or hire more employees. A woman that was there told me she had been waiting 3 hours. Have been buying from you for since you opened, but another wait like that and I'll start going to Raben.

Chris and jack are great .jack is always helping me with anything I need and being honest with me!!!

Bought new tires, charged for alignment twice in only a few months and now my steering wheel is crooked.

Great customer service!

They returned my car with oil all over the engine bay and told me they over filled it. They should have degreased it and cleaned it up. Instead they wiped it up and left it all over my windshield and plastic underneath it, which tells me it wasn't an overfill but someone started my car with the oil cap off. I will send you all a bill from the company that details it for me because of your employees! I regret spending my $560 with you all. Thanks

Was my mistake to show up before opening. But the men were able to let me go ahead and drop off vehicle since I had to get to work. Thankful for that. Great service!!!!

This was a Saturday , and when I called they said they were not busy! I went right over there! I sat there for more than an hour ,and when they took some one that came in after I did , I told them I wanted my keys back! Well at same time they took my in! They had oil all over the place , over filled my oil , pushed my seat.up as far up as it would go And pulled down my steering wheell All the way down! I was looking for a place for my wife to go that will never happen with this store . I have cancer and will not put up this treatment! And I was laughed at by some one coming out of the store that made me MAD!

I recently relocated from Florida and was looking for a Big O Tire store in Indiana. What I found was a very helpful service location in Washington. They took a personal interest in me and, though my immediate needs were not great, I will certainly return whenever they are.
