I have been a costumer for about 5 years. Always friendly.

I feel confident that what I am being told is accurate and truthful. This has not always been my experience in the past under the previous ownership.

Just got my new set of tires before we left for a Adam Levine concert in St Louis. Very happy the way they handled.

had an appointment for tire rotation but took awhile to get in the bay to get started. I fully understand as it was very busy, once started the job was taken care of promptly.

Everyone I encounter were very professional, courtesy and friendly. Got me in quickly. Very happy with the service.

I was quite pleased with my experience. They replaced a defective thermostat that was still under warranty. They did not, however, call me when the work was completed so that I would know to return for the car. This is something they had said they would do. I eventually had to call them myself for that information later in the day.

I have used this location many years and have always been impressed with the quality of their service.

I think that my problem was a little out of the range of their expertise. They really did the best they could. They went out of their way to be helpful. I still have the same problem and maybe even more problems now. However, I don't think that's the result of the work they did.

Information was clearly stated. I was fit in with no appointment and on my way quickly.

however, I do not care for a good, but dirty service expert getting into a cloth seat Buick without some seat cover. I had to clean off a couple of grease spots twice now.

Went in on regular oil change and tire rotate and just my luck got a flat tire they fixed it up and i was on my way in less then an hour great job.
