The last few times I've taken it to Big O they have had to fix another shop's previous repairs...and they have always been up front and honest about what was wrong and the price it was going to cost. Everyone there is friendly and helpful! Absolutely love the guys there!!

I purchased the tires on my car at Big 0. i drive to Indianapolis and back every week. I need to trust my tires. The tires have done well except that a couple were losing air. The valves were replaced and we seem to be doing fine. I appreciate the care and the way the team just takes my concerns away by dealing with the problems and fixing them for me. The "free" fix is also greatly appreciated since the tires were still under warranty.

THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT MY VAN SAID I PROBABLY HAD SOMETHING IN MY ONE TIRE BEING AS IT WAS SO LOW. AFTER ARRIVING AT YOUR STORE YOU GOT ME IN IMMEDIATELY, FOUND A SCREW IN THE TIRE, REPAIRED IT, AND US ON OUR WAY IN SHORT ORDER.

I was returning to Big O Tire because of a tire issue. I had been two previous times and they did not fully fix the problem until my third trip. However, on my third trip Chris, the manager, was excellent in his customer service. I explained what happened and asked how the issue had been missed. He was quick to admit the mistake and said that the issue should have been found and resolved in a previous visit. He made sure to show me what was wrong with the tires and gave me the proper discount for the whole ordeal. Even though I had to go back three times, I was still satisfied and impressed with the customer service and car care I received. Thank you!
