Great service! Performed all the checks requested and done in less than an hour!

When I have tire issues I always go to big o tire. They always take care of me in a very timely manner. I have got to know some of they guys that work here a d trust that they will do a good job.

Information was clearly stated. I was fit in with no appointment and on my way quickly.

Went in on regular oil change and tire rotate and just my luck got a flat tire they fixed it up and i was on my way in less then an hour great job.

Rick was very pleasant and explained my alignment and what I needed to have done in the near future!

Fast and efficient with great customer service

I've had two recent occasions to use their service having just moved into the area from out of state and both times they were helpful, understanding, and did a thorough job. They filled my needs and did not exceed my budget. I am most grateful and will undoubtedly return in the future.

I called to book in for a tire rotation. The customer service was great, friendly, and helpful. I was booked in quickly, and the service was fast and well done. And I was informed that for being a previous customer (tire purchase), the rotation was actually free. This was a nice surprise, and makes me feel way better about having dropped $1000 on new tires when I came in before :)

Wonderful service. Had a 1pm appointment but they were able to get me in much earlier, made the repairs I requested and got me on my way!

The staff was incredibly kind and immediately assisted me. They were also very friendly to me while I waited for my vehicle. Finally, they were very transparent with what needed done on my vehicle and explained the pricing to me. I was in and out so fast!
