Big O Tires

The day before I brought my truck in something occurred that created an unusual noise. Of course I was thinking the worst as the truck is getting over 260,000 miles. Derek got in and listened to the noise and determined it was the heat shield above the catalytic converter. He verified this when the truck was on the lift. Amazing!!

Getting to my appointment and checked in was super easy, the guys up there made sure I knew what I needed and needed help with considering it was my first time getting an oil change!

I came in with a tire going low.I was sure I had a nail in it which indeed I did.The problem was that it had 2 nails and one in a place where they could not repair it.So I would have to get all new tires since the tread was too low.I did not want to put a lot of money into this since the lease was about up.So he found a used tire for cheap that I could replace the current tire.A disaster to my wallet avoided!

I have enjoyed every visit to Big O Tires. I don’t live close by anymore, but because of the friendliness and cleanliness of the store I always come back!

Found a flat with a nail in it.Aired it up and went to Big O.The got me right in patched the tire at no charge.Excellent experience.

I have been going to this location for 7 years. I will say that the folks here are top notch and that they all treat me like family. As I am not a new customer they don't meet me at the door nor do they offer me the opportunity to obtain a Big One credit card. I have recommended this location to friends looking to great service and quality work. I can tell you that it is difficult to find a great service but it does take effort from both the customer and service provider to make the experience a long term commitment.

Doug did a great job explaining things to me and let me know about preventative stuff I can do in the future. The kid with the curly hair was awesome too

Derek went above and beyond in customer service! I was stranded miles from home with a very flat tire. (destroyed actually). Nobody to help me to even get it to their shop. He and his manager Ryan, made it happen. I couldn't be more greatful!!

I got excellent service. Fast and friendly associate. He explained everything to me so I was able to pick the correct product for my vehicle.
