Big O Tires

Bring both my vehicles to them for oil changes and will continue to bring them!

When I saw that my tire was flat and found a bolt stuck in the middle tread of my tire, I was pleased to find out that Big O had time to look at my car even though it was almost closing time. The service was quick and then learned that the repair was on the house. They laden my stressful evening turn into a happy one!

Had a flat on way to work, got me right in. Notified me that my headlight was out and battery terminals very corroded. Got it all handled quickly and reasonably.

Derek is awesome and always treats me well. The young kid was really helpful. I was sad to learn that other mechanic was gone. He was my favorite and always did a great job explaining stuff. I hope he comes back

Wish I got there names, but came in for oil change one day and it was smooth, professional, perfect!.. A few days later my heater wasn't working properly, I came in and again..smooth, professional, perfect! You have some all stars there!! Who ever took the time to assist with my heater issue rocked it!..great job..

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door took about two minutes to service technician came and grabbed my car and I had to wait about an hour and a half service was excellent.

The entire experience was surprisingly smooth. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Staff all very professional and friendly. Second time I’ve been there and had them discuss options that were equal quality but better priced / on sale. SO appreciate this counsel when tires are so expensive. And, it doesn’t go unnoticed that they could easily let me spend more and the store would be better off short term. They seem to understand well the idea of developing trust and long term loyalty in their customers!

This place was so awesome! Will be back for sure!!

Jason helped me with my car, as I had just run over something on the interstate and noticed not one, but two nails/screws in my tire. One in the front driver's side tire and one on the back driver's side tire. I was panicked, but he was so nice and accommodating. I'm thankful for all of his help and the overall professional demeanor of everyone in the store. It's right across the street from my place of employment, so I didn't have to worry about missing work while they fixed my car. Again, can't say enough good things about them! THANK YOU!!

I will say. I’ve had to travel 20 minutes to another location in the past because I didn’t feel like I got the best service. I live less than 5 minutes away from this location. For the past few years, this location has been more consistent and exceeded my expectations.
