Great customer service.

For starters, this was my first visit to a Big O Tires. I was able to stop in on my way to work, they got me right in and taken care of within minutes. I explained i just needed my tires balanced, they were eager to help and did not try to "push" extra services but were willing to answer all questions i had and encouraged me to come back if i needed any future assistance. The group of young men worked very well together as a team, other employees that were not helping other customers assisted each other and to take care of me quickly and efficiently. Great customer service! I will definitely be back.

Traders Point Location Awesome . They don't try to up sale you on things you don't need . They do make you aware of what's going on and leave it up to if you want the service or not . I'll drive across town just so my car can be serviced at traders point .

Straight forward pricing, no deceptive sells practices. Had merchandise in stock and service time was pretty fast.

I have been a customer for years. Big O Tires has always been most reliable anytime I need service. One thing that keeps me going back is the personable professional service that I get. There’s never a long wait for any service. Kudos to Derek and team on 86th street!!

Derek is totally awesome (as I have mentioned many times in the past) and I, as a customer and having multiple vehicles get to see him pretty near once a month. Always treated with the utmost in customer care.

All of the workers were very kind, I did have a long wait but it's a very busy time of year for places like this and there's only so many cars you are able to fix at one time. I did wish that I would have been given more information about the whole process it just seemed very vague, as to what exactly I was paying for.

I was able to wait for my vehicle. The price was lower than other shops to wait on an oil change and tire rotation.

I've been using this Big O for years. They are my single source for oil changes, tire rotations and tire purchases. Friendly, professional, pleasant to deal with. I've recommended them to my friends who have given me the same feedback.

Never been in and out of a tire shop so fast. And especially for an unexpected trip. Had my car in and the tire patched in prob 15 min. Manager was very friendly.

This facility has been servicing my vehicle since 2009 and through several Managements. I will say that this current management has been the best. Derek, Darrell and Tim have been terrific and know me pretty well. I don't think I get special treatment but the guys do realize that we have one vehicle and they work with me to make the fixes promptly. This most recent job was no exception. Tim determined that the alternator was failing the events over the next few hours was pretty crazy. After driving back home to wait for a couple of hours to drive back after the new alternator arrived, the alternator failed and it died on the highway. I had the vehicle towed to Big O. Derek had vehicles in all of the bays and due to the company policy but realizing I (we) needed a vehicle he asked one of the employees, Brandon, to change the alternator in my vehicle while it was raining and out in the parking lot. Pretty frickin' Cool. I would like to know that you tell your employees when they go above and beyond and that they are recognized for promoting your good name. Thank You.
