I can always count on the BigOTires' staff to give me excellent service.

I got the product I wanted for a fair price and the installation was done in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait when checking in or out.

I have been using Big O in Jeffersonville, Indiana for several years now. I have always felt Josh has gone out of his way to help me, and is honest and thoughtful, and thorough. These qualities seem to be disappearing in most businesses, but not this one. I will always put my faith with my cars in Josh's care.

The honesty, professionalism, and care for my car is what I am satisfied the most about.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service skills were impeccable. I was very satisfied also, because the wait time was very short compacted to how many cars were in line and I didn’t even make an appointment. They got me in and out.

We always need something , nothing is too small. I trust them to take care of our cars including my 19 year old college student daughter who freaks out every time a new light pops up on her dash! Dennis to the rescue! They are Trusted like Family!

Making the appointment was easy, I arrived and was quickly greeted. They went over what was going to get done (buying new tires), and everything was completed in a timely manner. I was informed on the warranty and also the savings that was available. Will for sure be a returning customer.

Saved me $450.00, and did it with a smile, don't get better than that.

I like the way my car is running. The guys always do a good job. And I like that they do not pressure any sales. They get the job needed done. Just wish the check in was a little faster.

Do not really have any

I have been using this Big O Tire location for years. Each and everyone one of the service person are always nice and respectful. They never charge more than what they quote and always let you know when some other repair is needed. The always leave your car in really good condition.
