They have always been upfront about anything and have done anything I’ve asked to check. Greatly appreciate the advice I’ve been given on anything that I’ve taken to them over two vehicles.

The Jeffersonville store is staffed with very friendly knowledgeable workers. The service is prompt and they call when car is ready . They watch for any potential issues that may development. I would highly recommend this store.

This is one of the businesses in Jeffersonville that still feels like a neighborhood business. Everybody that I’ve interacted with there is always super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

I will continue to keep coming to big O tires for all of my car work. Their service is amazing and they get the repairs done faster than expected. They are also really good at explaining in detail what they are doing to help get me back on the road. Also their prices can't be beat!

I will always use this Big O with my cars. Josh and Dennis are the best. All the employees on the floor are fantastic with customer service. Josh has always gone the extra mile to keep my sons car safe, reliable, and at one time a few years ago, even took his car to a shop that could spot weld a piece that saved me around 500.00. I have never gotten poor service, here. I have received nothing less than excellence.

Tire Attendant (Justin I think, about 6' 7" new young guy) very knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. Handled my wheels as if they were his own - definite keeper of an employee. Very professional, efficient, with rapid turn around time. In and out right at 30 minutes for two tire removal, new install, and balance. Cust Service rep of Keith was a pleasure to do business with as well!
