I have always had great service, even when things have turned out bad the Guys at Big O have made it right for me and my family

Tire Attendant (Justin I think, about 6' 7" new young guy) very knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. Handled my wheels as if they were his own - definite keeper of an employee. Very professional, efficient, with rapid turn around time. In and out right at 30 minutes for two tire removal, new install, and balance. Cust Service rep of Keith was a pleasure to do business with as well!

Excellent service for tires. Average Veteran's discount of 10%.

Took Longer than I expected but job was done and complete...unfortunely my tire has the same problem it did when I brought it in again...this is the third time Ive had it in for the same problem.

I have been using Big O in Jeffersonville, Indiana for several years now. I have always felt Josh has gone out of his way to help me, and is honest and thoughtful, and thorough. These qualities seem to be disappearing in most businesses, but not this one. I will always put my faith with my cars in Josh's care.

I bought my first set of tires from Big O tires in Jeffersonville, Indiana in 1996. I continue to go back time after time due to their exceptional customer service!!! I recommend them to all my friends.

I was charged for tire disposal and I had tire put on rims without tires on them. However once I got home and looked over the receipt and noticed this I called and was told I could come in for a free oil change. I will bring my car in and see if this will be true or not!

Very nice staff and interactive with everyone instead of being all business. Great experience. I will be back for future business.

Keith did an excellent job of working with me. the two screws in the tire or taken care of. But it seems that the lug itself that the Lugnuts twisted around quite a bit.? The five guys that were huddled around the left rear tire Staring at the problem. Finally after 2 1/2 hours they solve the problem but I'll have to find someone to fix my hubcap. They suggested a machine shop over in New Albany Indiana.!

Very friendly people at the counter and they work hard. Standard prices and labor. I've never been let down.

The only complaint we had was that there were grease on both the driver and passage inside doors that we had to wipe clean and had to ask for caps for the tires that were forgotten the visit before this one.

Our local Big O is the stuff your commercials are made of! Josh, Dennis and rest of BIg O family on Allison Lane in Jeff, In. Take care of the Bing Lovan family every month! We always need something , nothing is too small. I trust them to take care of our cars including my 19 year old college student daughter who freaks out every time a new light pops up on her dash! Dennis to the rescue! They are Trusted like Family!

I will bring my Toyota back for services with this store. They have ALWAYS been so helpful to me. Thank You

I just want to say how much i appreciate the people that work here! Danny, Josh you two are awesome a special thank for always being honest professionals building trust, i feel like family; to have someone I can trust and depend on in my time of need thank you for giving me the comfort and peace of mind! Dennis and Keith are just as amazing also and the guys in the shop area...theres just no words perfectly enough to described this place and the service customers receive! The sales service and price were great. The only problem was that I purchased 4 tires, and when I went back to get the car only two had been changed. I am sure it is very rare for this to happen, but I am glad I looked at the tires before I drove off the lot.

Saved me $450.00, and did it with a smile, don't get better than that.
