Dealt with Dennis - Always professional. Service took awhile but you were very busy.

100% pleased with the whole experience, oil change and flat repair. I can't really think of anything to be improved on. Only suggestion is maybe a drink vending machine for customers.

I scheduled an appointment to replace the rear brakes on my car and the work was done quickly and competently. They estimated that it would take about an hour and they completed the job in an hour and a half. They go the extra mile to make sure you get quality service and I was impressed to see one of the men in the office accompany me to my vehicle with a spray bottle of cleaner and a paper towel to make sure no dirty smudges had been left behind in my car. I have been a very satisfied Big O customer for over 25 years and will continue to be as long as they continue to provide the high level of service to which I have become accustomed.

The staff has always been professional and courteous. Anytime my vehicle needs maintenance this is the only place I think of.

Happy to trust BigO again for service. However, very UNHAPPY that 2.1 hours of labor was charged for changing four spark plugs and wires. I saw and heard when plugs and wires were delivered; the labor was completed in less than one hour. The diagnostic effort takes what - 5 minutes or less? Feeling a bit abused.

Danny explained everything and was a joy to work with. I will definitely visit again if I need any services completed.

Just a contradiction about oil change life. Other than that, no worries.

Overcharged for an oil change. Got charged for 6 quarts of oil and the capacity is only 5. Past oil changes were only 5 quarts.

Courtesy ride to my home was offered but not needed. New customer "gift" was mentioned..but not provided.(probably only for higher dollar purchases.) Appreciate the free air pump out front--had ue d it previously.discussed. .

I have been a customer of Big O for years. After shopping around at three other tire stores, I still found Big O offered the best prices and reliable service. I especially want to thank Dennis for his expertise in helping me make my selection.

I was a little irritated that my tires are already wore out. I have keep up with the tire rotations and alignment checks. I know this isn't Big O's fault, but I suggest looking into this manufacturer and verify if their product is worth selling. I also would have liked more info on my options for replacing my tires but, it seemed the guy that check me car out did not communicate with the guy that I paid for my oil change. I do trust Big O with my car and plan to remain a customer.
