I took the day off work to take my truck in to Big O at Jasper, In..I had an appointment for my vehicle at 11am 6-21-19. I dropped my truck off at 10:45 am. They told me it would take an hour or hour and a half and would get on it right away. I came back 4 hours later and they never even looked at my truck. Plus the man at the counter acted like it was no big deal. Cost me a day off for nothing. I'll never go back. Poor business

I was very satisfied, I trusted the mechanics working on my car. The tire price was not bad at all, fairly cheap in my opinion. I also scheduled a wheel alignment for Thursday this week.

They did a fantastic job taking care of the stuff I need it to go on the trip .Everything was done rightttttt.
