Big O Tires

Visited Big O in Jasper last week for a new set of tires. Great personal service, and the product is exceptional. The folks at Big O know me when I walk in the door and always take care of me very well.

The facility was super busy. All the employees worked efficiently, and had pleasant demeanor even with being busy. Very satisfied with my visit.

What is the best value of the places that I called person was extremely helpful. The product could get in the next day versus several days and the product was available versus having a good price online and then calling the shop like another business and it not being there.

I didn’t set an appointment i just walked in and they got me in quickly. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the building including waiting room, the price and how fast they got done with my vehicle.

The service is always fast and friendly. Everyone seems to work together to get the job done. I witnessed them answering what probably seems like silly questions and descriptions of problems. They treated the people with great respect.

They are very busy on Saturdays but I was in and out in an hour for a rotate and balance and an oil change.

Our tire blew out and everywhere else we called didn’t have the correct size. My husband called and the next day he was able to purchase a new tire. We will definitely bring our car to get all the tires replaced.
