I like Big O tire because it feels like a small town place. The workers are nice. I was a little disturbed that the customers were so close to me and they weren't wearing masks but I went to stand over by tires kind of far away so it was ok.

I used them 2 days ago. They brought me home and then came and picked me up when my car was done!!! Now that is service!

I arrived late in the day without an appointment. I was able to get checked in right away and was able to get my oil changed within the next 30 minutes.

We had a leaky front tire on our return from a family vacation in Florida. After some incorrect info from Walmart tire center, the folks at Big O found out that the sidewall of our tire was dangerously damaged. Being a special order tire, they did not have it in stock. The Manager made some calls to figure out where we could get a tire on his own, found one nearby and got us in at the other place right away. Thank you so much for helping us out of a horrible spot. Well done!
