Big O Tires

Been a long time customer of the Big O tire store in Lebanon. I get a lot of my car service done there. There service is always top notch and the staff is friendly and professional.

I'm over 70 years old and have been to many service establishments over the years. This BigO has been the best experience in my lifetime. The people are great and very knowledgeable.

They are always busy (for good reason) and despite my bringing the car in a little later than I typically do, they were able to complete the brake job for my car even though initially the most they felt they might be able to do would be to just analyze the issue.

John professionally helped and the service technician explained clearly the issue and solution. Being from out of town they had a safe solution that enabled me to drive back to NC with ease of mind. Great team and service!
