Big O Tires

I ordered a towing receiver online and needed it installed on my Honda CR-V. I setup a time for Big O to install it. After they evaluated the vehicle, they told me the undercarriage panel would be in the way. They figured out a solution and definitely went above and beyond to install it right considering the problem with the undercarriage panel. These guys are very good and they are the ones I trust for maintenance on all my vehicles. Thanks guys! I'm a very happy customer.

I have used Big O the past 5 years for oil changes and tire maintenance. They always do a wonderful job and inform me of any other issue.

Hit a pot hole on I-65 in the middle of the night and made it to the store. Call the next morning when they opened and they worked hard to help me find a special tire they did not stock. Once a tire was found they had it replaced in 1/2 hour. I was in the road before lunch when I had expected to be stuck all day. Thank you Doug and the whole team. You made a bad night become a good day.

I was not from around the area when my car broke down. I called Big O and they recommended the tow company that I used which was a very nice man. Then when I got there, they kept me informed about my car and helped me understand what was wrong with it. They were very friendly the entire time and then when the day was over they explained the further steps I needed to take. Throughout the whole experience they were very kind and made sure that I was comfortable. I will never be able to repay them for what they did for me that day!
