I have a small bubble on my tire and the guys were very concerned and said I was like family and they didnt want to see anything happen to me so they took the tire off and checked the tire inside and out. I first called. I got a very nice human being on the other end of the line right away. The guy on the other end was an excellent communicator. He sounded like he really welcomed my call. When I delivered the car, I found him to be Rob Keesling, the Assistant Manager. From start to finish, he did a perfect job helping me get the brake job done on my wife's car. I grade Mr. Keesling as receiving an A+! Super nice guy who did, at least for me, a perfect job.

Have had my veh serviced there for the last two yrs, the cars' radiator blew up and my husband put veh back together, Big O tire answered all questions and took care of the final preperations to get it back up and running. All employes very nice and work was done on a timely manner. Very satisfied

I came in with a flat tire . Since I buy all my tires there with the protection plan they were able to get me right in with limited questions and get me back on the road
