Big O Tires

BigOTires is my go to for most maintenance and repair because I know these guys. They are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and totally customer focused. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. What more can I say? Repeat customer.

All of them employees I was in contact with were very kind. I was very happy they had not only one but two tires I needed in stock and ready to put on the vehicle (after i unexpectedly needed a second one). Overall I’d be more than happy to take my car there any time I needed work done with it.

Jeremy and Rob went above and beyond to show kindness to a young man coming in, even informing young man if he ever wanted a job when he is old enough to come back. The hospitality they showed and service they provided the entire time we were there hands down, good men right here. Need more people like this around. Big O always does a nice job for my family and stand behind their work

They were very professional. As soon as you handed them your keys you knew you were in good hands.

Rear rotors replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, I had to cover labor expense to have rotors replaced. Appears as an unfair business practice. Can I make a claim against the manufacturer for labor expense?

I really like the personal service that I receive at the desk. Assistant Manager Rob Keesling is outstanding in his attitude toward customers. He's positive! Manager Jeff is likewise very helpful. Both men are excellent communicators and service oriented. Big O Tire store is located within about 5 minutes of our house. I have found them to be helpful in all kinds of weather, even if it's putting air in my tires from winter temperatures dropping. They're just plain good with the public.

I came in with my tire flat from a hole and the tire was immediately fixed and I was on my way no charge as I had purchase my tires there

The ABS light was staying on in my GMC truck and they put it on their computer machine to check it out. They couldn't fix so they didn't charge me anything! Great people!

The guys were very helpful about letting me know what I needed and did not try to make me buy things I didn’t need and let me know about the financing they offer. Which I ended up getting.

The manager on duty when I came into the store should be recognized. I apologize that I don't know his name, but he has glasses and worked on 10/20. His customer service was extraordinary. I have never experienced that level of service when I have visited this location prior. The wait was going to be extremely long for service. He apologized sincerely, provided a solution and executed. He also communicated throughout the process so that I would know what was occurring. He was truly oriented to customer service excellence.

My tire light came on, so I went to Big O, and they helped me by checking the tires and putting air in the low tire.
