I have had nothing but excellent service and work done by Big O tire this year. Since I had a falling out with Andy Mohr Ford in November, I assume Big O tire will getting a lot more work from me. Thanks for everything to do to make service to our vehicles easy and affordable.

I am amazed at the success of the Mooresville Big O Store but it is due to the ownership, leadership and the quality of service that is received when you go in for service. Shane, Tom and the entire service staff normally go beyond most people's expectations when you see how busy that store is day after day. Dave Doyle is a respected friend that not only has put together a high quality staff but gives back to the local community in may ways. His success makes the Mooresville community a better place to live and goes a long way to helping people in need.

I was really impressed with the young blonde gentleman that went above and beyond. I had asked for my car to be reset so it would show the tire needing serviced. I was told by an employee that it should reset once I took off on the highway (which this was polite as well). But Michael (I believe this is his name) overheard and offered to reset it right then and there. It is hard to find great customer service these days especially from the younger generation. It was greatly appreciated as I am a little OCD and the tire warning would have drove me nuts until it reset on its own lol. So thank you Michael!!! Hope that's your name. And this is Brian's wife. We will definitely recommend your service and return!!

I have been a Big O customer for over 12 years now. Although it is a bit of a hike from my house, I am never disappointed with the service and attention to detail. I always ask for Shane the manager when I go. He will call me with all the details and pricing with the approach of "is this something you want to do right now". Shane is the Man! Thanks for all the great service over the years.

I came in for a oil change and now my car is saying low oil pressure stop engine. Plus I had a turn signal light replaced so they say it is doing the same thing. I went back in on January 20th. Tom Duh took very good care of me & fixed the problem. I am very pleased with his customer service. He saved a customer.
