Shane and the rest of your team do an amazing job! I'm always in awe and how many customers Shane is able to serve at one time, making each one feel like their car issue is the most important issue of the day for him. Great detail, follow up, and advice. Highly recommend!!!

Very good service

Tom Duh was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what my problem was by just describing a couple symptoms. The dealer couldn't do that! I have now started bringing all my vehicles to Big O for service and tire needs. Thank you Tom Duh

The associate who helped me choose the best tires for my vehicle was Jeremy. He not only listened to what I shared as priorities for what I expected from new tires but also helped me choose new rims and communicated with the rim providers to get them delivered to the store as quickly as possible. Jeremy also made it quick and convenient to bring in my vehicle and have the tires and rims changed. I have always been a customer of a different popular tire chain, however because of the friendly and professional customer care provided by Jeremy, I plan to return and to now be a loyal customer to this chain and location! Great job shout out to Jeremy and the team!

Not really sure store cleanliness needs a rating! It's a service shop, and it's winter here! I come to Big O for all of my service needs outside of my vehicle's warrantied items. The place is always busy, but customer service is never lacking. I trust you guys with my vehicle and my safety. Thank you for all that you do!

This place is the best for car service.

Because of the kindness at this establishment due to Shane and Nick they saved my job and put me back on the road in a very safe vehicle. I wish that I could rate each person separately and I would go 10 * Infinity for both of these gentlemen thank you very very much. I have dealt Big-O from it's very beginning. Dave Doyle has always been exceptional to work/deal with and Shane, the general manager, has always gone the extra mile to make what could have been a bad experience an easier time to work through. I would HIGHLY recommend Big-O and the staff that work there.

Shane is the best. He came through for me in a pinch when I was stranded with a fast leaking tire with my wife and daughters in the car. My visit could not have lasted longer than 20 minutes and we were on our way. I drive 40 miles out of my way to do business with Shane.

I was having a recurrent problem with my back tires. I brought the vehicle in twice and they were very willing to look at the problem again the second time and make the necessary repairs without additional cost to me. (Wasn't anything they did the first time I picked up a nail in the tire.) No matter which vehicle I bring in they are always courteous and get the necessary work done.

Service is always good there

Since the first time I've come into this location, I've always been treated with the kind and fair treatment that I've come to expect of anyone working on my car. In a way, I feel like I'm treated as family with the concern that they show in checking all areas of the car. I certainly plan on continuing to bring my car in to this location for the things I need.

Shane the store Manager was a tremendous help when I needed tires. I will be returning to have other services done. It is about a 15 minute drive for me and well worth it.
