Big O Tires

They are always super nice, don't try to over sell me, and they do great quality work. I always go there for tires and maintenance.

I'm a neighboring business who comes down there a lot w/ trucks and misc. tires. I love the tire side w/ Tom, Shane, Nick etc.. I hate the oil change side. Those guys over there are not very good but I understand. The counter service is terrible. You can't take a lube tech. and put him at the counter to greet and work w/ customers. He doesn't have the people skills nor the skill to get people checked in quickly. Not a fault of the person , just not the job they should be in. I also see a lot of messin' around back there but I'm sure the same is true over on the tire side. The last time I was in there to drop off a truck for oil change, the guy at counter was badmouthing Tom as he came over there. Told Tom to leave his guys alone. C'mon, I'm sure Tom can get on your nerves but don't talk about him at the counter. Amy was over there helping fix the computer. I think she finally checked me in. So I think you need better counter service over there. Hey, I have a shop and counter as well, and have my share of issues. I know. Just passin' on but totally understand.

They did a great job, I did have to come back the next day because they were busy, but they were professional and very nice

This kind of service is rare. I brought a tire from my wife's van for a repair. I even told them that I did not buy the tires there, but they still did not charge me for the fix! Definitely will be buying tires there!

The bathroom was amazingly clean and the servicemen were very helpful in ensuring that my son got to work on time. Definitely customer for life!

My family has been customers for over 20 years. I sent my mother to Big O last week to have the transmission lines replace. Tom was very helpful through the process. My mother was impressed with the service. This is just one reason why I keep coming and sending others to Big O

Service was excellent but I honestly will never be back. I was told that you have raised your "bring your own oil" prices from 20 to 35. That is over 75percent increase. Of course it's now not even worth it and my family and I will take our vehicles to somewhere new. I assume the profit margins were not enough but I looked at that as a retention tool along with bundeling other services. We have always bought tires, serviced breaks, etc.

I bring all my trucks from Indianapolis to your store in Mooresville because of the excellent service!!! It's quite a drive but well worth it
