Tom & Shane had my Trailblazer's water pump installed in 48 hours. Timely repairs are important since I only have 1 vehicle.

Tom did a great job and I ask for him every time I come in he always does a good job for me.

I had previously done business at Goodyear when Tom was there. I recommended to my wife that she get a damaged tire checked/replaced at your business recently because of my regard for him. A few days ago I heard noise and found a screw in my right rear truck tire and made an emergency stop. The young man who logged me in was outstanding, and despite being busy your team had it fixed in less than an hour - and I could hardly believe there was no charge!! Really brightened a cloudy day. You guys are outstanding.
