You said something about greeting at car I'm sure they would have but that place was hopping I'm sure they would have if they hadn't been really busy but despite that they got us in an out very quickly.but it would of been great to have been offered a free alinment still would .

It's always a good experience at Mooresville Big O. Shane took care of my tire and alignment needs promptly. I called in advance to make sure the tires I needed were available. Shane transferred them from another store and had them ready when I arrived. Once I was in the store he kept me informed throughout the progress as it took longer than expected. By the way, you have a great waiting area.

Your employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to stand around waiting for service. I'v been a customer for several years and always appreciate your service.

Had some issues with having to pay for services We didn't okay but the service advisor made it up to us by giving it back to us on a gift card to be used for future services, which comes in real handy because our other car is due for an oil change.

Cole did a phenomenal job. Very polite and explained things in a way that made a lot of sense. He also didn't push the most expensive tires in me.
