Big O Tires

Wife had a tire burst and limped it to the store. They helped her get back on the road fast! Thanks, always appreciate y'all.

I pulled up for an oil change, and three attendants came to my vehicle right away to see what service I needed. I told them, they asked me to go inside and get signed in. I had my car checked in less than 5 minutes after I arrived. I also had new windshield wiper blades installed which they did. I asked them to replace the bulb in my headlight and I received a call saying that it wasn't the bulb. My vehicle was ready in less than an hour. The staff were super friendly, efficient, some of the best service I have ever received! Keep up the great work Big O's!

First of all I have yet to have a bad experience at this Big O tire center . Secondly the knowledge of the staff members and the clientele in my opinion or second to none I will and I do recommend this Big O tire center to anybody and everybody that asked me wherever I would take my vehicle if it was needed work I'll always tell him Big O in Mooresville never any place else thank you for your time and thirdly in my opinion Tommy is top-notch and also Shane is top notch and the owner Dave is top notch

We are so impressed with Shane and Jeremy and all of the good people at Big O Tire in Mooresville Indiana. For years they have been very good to me and my family. From times of financial difficulty to Jeremy Bartlett sincerely helping a mom get the tires she needed at a price she could afford. We have seen first hand about how Big O Tire is not just about selling tires but about doing the right thing for people in need. Their benevolence knows no bounds honestly. A friend personally experienced this first hand as well when her tire failed about a mile from their store. She was amazed at how one of the Big O technicians came to her location and put her spare on for her so she could get to the Big O Tire location to fully resolve her issues. These type of benevolent acts by a business rarely occur today but in my opinion Big O Tire leads the way. Needless to say I plan to forever be a customer of Big O Tire! I encourage my children and friends to do the same. Thank you for not just selling great tires but also for truly being there for your community!

The managers (Shawn and Tom) and employees are always friendly and respectful. They always go above and beyond and are always very considerate and fair in their pricing. I take our vehicles there because I trust them.

i will say one thing and that is Shane and his guys always treat us with the utmost respect. i really appreciate there honesty and not trying to sell me something i don't need. thanks Shane!

I’ve always felt that I was treated fairly and quickly. The dealer was backed up and I couldn’t get an appointment for several days. Big O is very local for me so I don’t drive far. This was not the first time I’ve sought service there and I’m always satisfied.

I had a great visit. I scheduled an appointment two days prior. My car was serviced at the time of my appointment. I also added a request to have one of my TPMs looked at. I thought it would need replacing. I was kept informed of every step and was very satisfied with the service I received from both the tech and the customer service rep.

Service was fine. Was informed up front the cost. There are several places around the store where you could sit, and/or move around. Coffee and tea were there at no charge for the customer. Did have to wait for a few hours so what do you do when you live 30+ miles away?
