Big O Tires of Mooresville always takes good care of me when I need my car serviced. I highly recommend using them for maintaining the life a vehicle.

The service was quick. They were very helpful.

Tom was a great help getting my AC system repaired, oil change, and alignment done in a timely manner, along with keeping me updated on the work progress.

There are many choices within 5 miles , but Big O has always done the job right the first time in the 18 mos I've had my car. I got my tires there 11,000 miles ago, saved $$ and I get free tire rotation.I say this as my daughter had to return to where she got her oil change, as her car was leaking oil onto the driveway. What's the point of doing these? I have repeatedly named store employees who excel but management embarrassingly fails to communicate. This is the last one I will do.

You said something about greeting at car I'm sure they would have but that place was hopping I'm sure they would have if they hadn't been really busy but despite that they got us in an out very quickly.but it would of been great to have been offered a free alinment still would .
