My husband and I have been doing business with the Mooresville, IN Big O Tire location now for the past few years and we have to say that their customer service is exceptional. Especially Tom, he is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, professional and above all has the customers best interest AND getting the best price possible at the forefront of his mind! Every time we call or go in for our oil changes they are always busy but no matter who answers the phone they are always friendly and we have never felt rushed. We have always been treated with dignity and respect anytime we have had any conversation or business transaction with them and sadly that is a dying characteristic of many companies today. So we say "THANK YOU' to a job well done to everyone at the Mooresville, IN Big O Tire store and we are thankful they are a vital part of the community!
