Big O Tires

Good job.

We had the oil changed on my wife's Jeep at Tom O'brien Jeep on Saturday and they noticed a broken strut on the passenger side rear and they advised us that they only do oil changes and tire rotations on Saturday's. I then called Big O tires and told them what was going on and they told us to get it there in the next hour and they would replace it today. They also advised that it is generally a good practice to replace both at the same time and that is what they did. We are extremely happy with our service and the assistant manager came out and looked at my 2018 GMC pickup with 55,000 miles on it and she gave me a price to replace them which I will probably do before the snow comes. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly service.

Josh was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We came in to patch a tire and get a quote on new tires, but he explained that we could have all new tires put on in the same amount of time it would take to patch the tire. The price he quoted was great and we couldn't pass it up!! We are very pleased!!

Big O used to send me coupons in the mail, but no longer does this, even though I've checked that I'm still in the system. The person behind the counter gave me a discount anyway, and was friendly about it.
