They made sure I was perfectly satisfied with the work and went the extra mile when at first I wasn’t satisfied. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and skilled and told me I wouldn’t be leaving until he was completely satisfied with it being right. It made me feel like I was more than just another job in his day. Extremely personal attention and detail oriented.

Great Staff

I had a leaking transmission cooler line that was leaking that I thought needed replaced. Tom told me he thought he might be able to repair it. It was late Friday afternoon and Tom said my car would not be done until Monday, which was fine with me. Tom called about 3 on Saturday afternoon and said they had been able to repair the cooler line and my car was ready to go. He locked the keys in the car so I could pick it up at my convenience. The repair saved me money and was completed early. This is typical of the great service I get from BIG O.

The intake by Amy Amaya, and service by Matthew and others was exceptionally courteous. I was worried about social distancing and fear of Covid. I am high risk and had no one else to help me get tire service. Amy said I could wait in my car, then gave me a chair to use outside while my tire was being fixed. She came to me and showed me the leaking valve, and explained the cost to fix, which I considered reasonable and important for my safety in driving.

Shane Harris and crew did a great job! I was told that I probably wouldn't get in for 2 hours, but they had me in within the next half hour. I had a issue after they completed installing the tires. Shane made sure that I was completely satisfied before I left. Thanks Shane Harris and crew!!
