I go to Big O Tires, mainly because they are close to me. I have lived in Mooresville 28 years and have always used Big O Tires. They have been fast and friendly. The cost is good.

Big O Tires gives the impression of wanting to create a loyal customer base rather than just make a fast buck. They give good value for the price of their tires and their oil changes. Their customer service associates are friendly and I see the same faces visit after visit, which is always encouraging. I feel like they know my vehicle and they are my partners in keeping it running safely and well. The waiting areas in both the oil change and tire sides are comfortable and pleasant. They go the extra mile, like cleaning the rodent nest out of the air filter and this last visit, I got a detailed checklist on the status of my Big O tires. The wait time was much shorter than they had originally estimated and I was back on the road quickly. I will continue to be a loyal Big O customer and to recommend Big O to my friends and coworkers.

Fantastic job

Shane has been my go to at Big O n Mooresville in for years, always makes it happen put tires on at least 10 different trucks and 10 different cars as well as both my daughters cars. Would send me home is his own car if my tires were not done on time.
