Big O Tires

Great job!

I had received a coupon for Buy 3 Big O tires, get one free which I used and turned out to be a better deal than the current promotion of $100 off a set of 4 Big O tires. Also was able to use a coupon for $20 off the alignment which I used for the 3 year alignment deal which made it almost comparable to the 1 year alignment. Ms. Amy Amaya was the sales associate and was very helpful and friendly. I dropped the vehicle off the night before the appointment and received a text the next day at 9 am the vehicle was done. The work was completed before the scheduled appointment at 10 am.

Shopping for tires for my daughters truck, and received excellent customer service from Shane Harris. No matter how busy the store gets he keeps a cool head, and provides excellent service. And the men that put the tires on did an excellent job as well. Thank you to all!

The entire experience from checking in to completing the rotate & balance operation was very quick and smooth. I appreciate the fast service so that I am able to get other chores done during the day.

Service Manage Tom Duh always provides excellent service at reasonable prices. Honest and trustworthy. While this facility isn't the closest to me, I willing to drive the extra distance to ensure I'll be treated well.

I had some major work done on our CRV and Shane explained everything down to a T, what they were going to do and what it was going to cost. They had it done in a day and BELOW the original cost.

Have used Big O Tires for several years, they are Always Friendly and courteous, even to the point, sometimes they don't even Charge me, when I expect to pay them. I Love your company and have recommended it Highly.

To Mr. Doyle, Shane, Tom, and Team of Big O Tires of Mooresville, Indiana I want to take this time to thank you for your time, expertise, and returning confidence. This team is an award winning team. Had recently returned again to have work done on a 2005 Town and Country. There were numerous projects/repairs that had been completed, for this vehicle to continue running smoothly. At times I needed to return for adjustments, or warranty work. At one point I felt discouraged that this work would not be satisfactory. The team always worked with me again trying new things, replacing parts, and letting me go on test drives to see if these adjustments helped. Recently I had to drop off the Town and Country again. This time both Shane and Tom as before listened to my concerns, addressed ways to diagnose, fix, repair, and get this vehicle back on the road again. My family was offered a rental vehicle while these issues with our family van were addressed.I was able to continue on with family, work, and life's activities with no interruptions. The Store Manager: Shane arranged for everything, when to drop our vehicle off to be serviced, ordered the rental vehicle, dropped me off to pick the vehicle up, and after leaving with the rental kept me up to date on the repair process. Even with not always being at the office, Shane kept in contact with me and had Tom fill me in on what was happening when he was not available. After all this I was contacted the next day and was informed my vehicle had been finished and was ready for pick up. I was glad to hear from Tom, that I would be pleased, on how the vehicle drove. I informed Tom I would be in the next morning to drop off the rental and pick up the Town and Country. that next morning I was greeted, and was told about the repairs. I was impressed, and felt relieved that the vehicle was repaired. After getting into the drivers seat and driving down the block I could feel the difference. Tom was right I would be pleased. I am always happy to go to the Mooresville Big O shop! I appreciate the friendliness of the front office staff and the hard work of the technicians in the back bays. I'll be back for more service in a little while, as I need to get my car ready for the warmer weather.

I went to Auto Zone for a battery their service was comical. I called Tom explained half of what i was dealing with and he said get down here we have battery in stock and we will get you covered ams sure enough that’s exactly what happened. Thanks Tom and Shane

I marked 5 on the above assuming that 5 was the best. It does not say that. I always enjoy my visits to Big O. With a team of Shane, Tom, and Nick, you can't miss.

Big O is always busy. Got my car back sooner then expected. They do a great job. My go to for all my cars that need service.

Each time I come to Big O tired, they have been professional & courteous. They explain what they're going to do, how much time it will take & gives the best price possible! The manager runs this store like a well oiled machine.

I've taken all of my vehicles to Big O for several years. The staff at both the Oil change facility and automotive repair have always been professional, courteous and helpful. I know when I need something fixed or just have a question about one of vehicles, I can trust the information that I receive from them. I wish there were more businesses that treated their customers like Big O.

Always helpful with whatever I need. This is the only place I go.
