Big O Tires

My over all experience was great. I came back to Big O in Mooresville, because my husband trusted their work/service in past. Had some work done on Dodge Durango few yrs ago. Was really great to see that Shane Harris was still there. Says a lot about a company that can keep the same employees. Labor turnover. Hope you are taking care of him? Shane Harris did assist in my service. He was/is very polite and professional with customer service. That is a #1 in any business. Also making sure work is done properly. Sincerely Thank You! Great experience from the sales people, Nick and Shane. Made the experience very easy. They also had the best prices on the tires we needed for our company truck.

I've been in the Mooresville store 4 times in the past few months for everything from mechanical issues, to tires, to routine service. I have come to expect nothing less than outstanding customer service and that's exactly what I got every time. The guys are patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Those characteristics combine to make for an excellent customer experience!

I came in around 8:00 am on Saturday 3/10/18, for a rotate and balance and Tom said, it would be a couple of hours and I was out in 1 hour and a half. My day was off to a great start. Again, I thank you for a great job!

I took my wife's car to Big-O due to a nail being in the left rear tire. Tire was repaired at no cost to me. Shane took excellent care of me. I will advise my friends to make big-o their go to place for service.

Amy is always pleasant and professional, but also very knowledgeable and explains the process well. The team of mechanics are awesome. The day before I had came by to have my tires aired up properly, and Matthew was very helpful and knew exactly what to do. My indicator TPMS was acting up. Amy and Matt both were wonderful. I love my Tiger Paw tires from Big O's and will be back for sure.
