We called first and spoke to Tom about our needs. Tom said bring the van on in to get the tires and alignment we needed. About 15 minutes later we dropped the van off to Tom. We told him what was wanted Tom communicated easily and complete. Tom then called us back in a few hours to come pickup the van when everything was finished. Very well handled !!! I can see why Tom has been with your Company for some time. Awesome employee.
