Big O Tires

I have been in and out quite frequently for the past few months. Shane and the guys have been great. Shane has been very helpful through this very difficult time for me. This has definitely been a process for all of us but the guys have been very understanding and so very helpful.

Courteous and knowledgeable

I have used Big O Tires in Mooresville now for years. I have a good relationship with management, and they take care of our company. There are times that we have a employee drop off a trailer tire, and pick it back up. Then Shane will just call me for payment. This helps me a lot, as a small business owner, its hard to get in there at times to pay, so with the trust and relationship we have,, Shane will call me and I pay from time to time over the phone is greatly appreciated.

We ordered special tires. When they came in, Tom contacted us and set up a time for installation. When I arrived, they had some extra work emergencies and i was told that it was going to take longer to install my new tires. They offered to take me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. When we dropped the car off for service, we were told that it might be a couple of days before it was finished. We received a call the next morning with the price, and it was finished early afternoon. We werected very happy that it was finished so quickly.

We appreciate the honest advice we were given recently when buying tires for our sons car. The age, condition and purpose of the vehicle were all taken into account. I have been doing business with Tom Duh for several years . Tom and I spoke over his cell phone of my needs and Shane trouble shot problem and suggested solutions . I took his advice replaced 4 TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS scedualed rotation and balance in little more than a hour .

Very friendly, clean, Nick takes care of all my vehicles and my kids vehicles. Always has a smile a ready to help out
