Tom from The big o Mooresville store took great care of me. From his greeting to the check out, Tom took the time to explain everything and made my experience a pleasant one!

I have already brought in another vehicle because I know it'll be done well or they'll make it right. Dave has been a friend for years and he'll stand behind his products and service!

Though the tire i found on line was listed as available at this location, I called to confirm and was told the tire would need to be ordered. An alternate was recommended; slightly more expensive, and having a lower mileage rating (50K vs 70k), follow on research seems to indicate that the recommended (& purchased) tire has a higher customer overall satisfaction. Without an appointment, the tires were installed with minimal wait. Suggested (brake) service was also recommended (appreciated).

I use this Big O for all of our servicing of vehicles. They, esp. Tom Duh, are always so willing and able to help and have a lot of knowledge. They have never tried to sell me service/products that I don't need and always get my service done in an adequate amount of time.

I was highly satisfied with my visit and tire warranty claim. I had a tire blow out and returned it at 8am for a tire replacement and was called by 9:30 letting me know my car was ready. They were quick and efficient with their work and explaining the tire warranty process.

They were able to order my boat trailer tire,so they all matched OUTSTANDING JOB, APPRECIATE IT
