I buy all of my tires at Big O of Mooresville. The service is great. The people there are friendly and knowlegeable. They go out of their way to help you.

Tom Duh was outstanding to deal with. I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. I personally have an extensive history in motorcycle drag racing / building , aircraft building, and military systems where I've been employed for the past 15 years. This 08 Tacoma has 424,000 miles and this is only the 3rd time anyone but me has every done any work on it. The other times were dealer recall corrections. Tom did a great job on keeping me informed on any and all issues as the work was being done. Some of the work done was very difficult to do. I knew this. Your mechanic, Nathan Schweitzer appears to have done a great job. Your invoice is very detailed as to exactly what was done. The demeanor of the employees seemed excellent. That reflects great management. My hats off to Tom and your whole operation...Thanks!

Oil change was satisfactory. I inquired about new tires and the lady helping me checked the tread on the existing tires and provided replacement options. She was very helpful and professional.

Dealing with Shane and the mechanics at this location is always a good experience. I dont know how much you pay them but it can't be enough. They do a fantastic job.
