Location was not excessively busy as usual. I was able to get in and out in less than an hour. They even noticed I had a nail in my tire and recommended getting it fixed free of charge for my safety.

The Mooresville Big O Tire store has always given me exceptional service and whenever I have had an issue with some of their work they have never hesitated to make it right.

A driver brought me home so that the dealership could look at my rear brakes. I was worried that it would be very pricey to fix. I got a phone call a day later after the brakes had been looked at and was told it was only brake dust and did not need any specific repairs. I was very pleased that they were so honest with me.

I have used the Mooresville store for a number of years and even worked there when I was in high school. It has always been a great atmosphere to do business in!

The Mooresville store has been extremely positive experiences. Not so much in Terre haute, 86th street or New Mexico. But the Mooresville location has always been friendly, fair and helpful.

I have been coming to this store for 19 years all the employees are always helpful. Shane is the main reason his knowledge and willingness to help and always helpful honest advice I appreciate.
