Was told the prior day by competitor shop that I had worn suspension part and could not get an alignment. Checked big o for second opinion, not mentioning what I was told by prior shop. Big o performed the alignment without issue. Printout included. No mention of suspension issue. Pleased with the big o service execution.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation . The men at the oil change station greeted me on a very busy day and promptly assisted me . I also wanted a tire rotation. I knew that it would take some time to get everything done.So I walked over to see Tom D. he helped speed up my rotation ( as always Tom in on top of his game ).I am thankful to the oil change specialist that caught a mistake that a new man made by putting the wrong oil in my truck. I was out and on my way after the problem was corrected.I am a bit mad at my self for forgetting the free rotation coupon I had at home. I have an AC problem with another car I have and need to talk with Tom about it..Big O is my place to go for my vehicle services.

The entire staff is very knowledgeable about the tire industry and customer focused. They get you in and out very efficiently and the work is always well done. This visit was for a simple lawn mower tire fix (which was done free, who else does that?), but I buy all my tires there and have my oil changed. The staff is friendly and makes customers feel valued. That is why I keep coming back.
