During a sloppy rainy, icy, snowy day-I had a tire going low. I also had my two little dogs with me that I had just picked up from the groomers. Amaya checked me in and said “We love dogs! Bring them on in! “ it relieved my mind greatly.

Timely and professional

Online appointment was not on list. Last March my phone was stolen at this location. I left an old phone in the seat this time. Still there when I left.

The person that we dealt with was very thorough and knew what he was doing. He kindly squeezed us into the schedule even though it was close to closing time. I wish I knew his name!

I worked with Shane in the Mooresville, Indiana store to find a somewhat different tire for my VW bus. Shane listed and came up with a solution for my tires, while matching the price to make it a win win for me to do business with Big O Tire!

I had stopped elsewhere to get air in a low tire and was told I needed work on a different tire. I came to Big O when my tire was low again and even suggested it might be what I was told. I had a screw in my tire! They fixed my tire for free, went through a check list with me, and were extremely courteous. It is great to have a trustworthy company close to home!

As always, the customer service was outstanding, communication was excellent, thoroughness of the inspection of my vehicle was superb, and the value was excellent. I cannot say enough about this location and the associates who work there.
