I have been bringing my cars/truck to Big O for service for many years. Although the store is busy, they always take time to explain problems and answer my questions. I recommend using their night owl drop off. A stress free method to service your vehicle. Beyond basic car service, the store is a good source for aftermarket items. I was provided cost comparisons for aftermarket wheels. Using their expertise, they ensured the wheels would correctly fit my truck. I asked them to examine my truck for an additional transmission cooler. They asked questions and were more interested in ensuring my problem was solved, rather than selling me the item.

They was good communicated very well the price and when it would be completed been here before and always treated me good. Very happy with the service!!

Tom, was great as always, granddaughter dropped off the Impala for a oil change and a balance and rotation every thing was done in no time.

Major shout out to Shane. He went way out of his way to get a combination of American Racing rims and tires that would fit my 1965 Chevelle restoration project. He was very patient and helped me along the way. I was able to take rims/tires home to test fit before purchasing them. Shane gave me a very competitive price to boot. I really appreciate the outstanding service.
